Jayvee Hoopstera Lose to Strong Exeter Team 44-34

Weakened after Captain Jack Stewart, '40, was put out of the game for a personal foul at the begining of the second half, the Jayvee hoopsters lost 44 to 34 yesterday at Exeter.

At the end of the half the score was 18 to 16 for the schoolboys but as the last period opened the Crimson quintet pulled themselves up to tie Exeter 22-all after seven minutes of play. From this point on Exeter rapidly drew away piling up a ten-point lead by the end of the game.
