Track mentor Jaskko Mikkola is taking six members of his Varsity squad to compete in three events at the Millrose games in New York City tomorrow night.
Four of the men will be entered in the one mile relay, one of the feature races of the games. The quartet will be composed of Captain Jim Lightbody, Hobie Lerner, Frank McKechnie, and Joe Donnelly, all of whom have been able to keep in good shape during the examination period.
In addition, Junior timber-topper Don Donahue has been entered in the star-studded high hurdles field, and Steve Madey is in the pole vault. On past performances, both men have a chance to place, and the whole six-man delegation should gain valuable indoor experience.
