With an amazing show of power the Leverett House eight overtook the Adams House boat to win by four feet yesterday afternoon. Winthrop was third by three-quarters of a length, while Dunster trailed far behind.

The smoothly-running Eliot House eight easily defeated Kirkland, Lowell, and Dudley in that order in the second race, finishing the Henley course in 7:15, the best time of the afternoon.
