YARDLINGS WILL STARVE NO MORE, FOOD SERVICE PROMISES

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Full food distribution throughout the Yard this week was promised last night by Richard B. Follows '41, head of the Student Food Service, which brings sandwiches around to famished nightowis at about 11 o'clock every weeknight.

The Service spread from the House System into the Freshman dorms last week, but it underestimated the amount of food that would be needed to fill the hungry Yardlings, and for two nights the Meandering Meat-balls ran out of food before they had completed their rounds.

"It won't happen again," Fellows promised last night. "We have the situation well in hand. Whatever they can take, we can hand out--for a nominal fee."
