JV Puckmen Open Season Tomorrow

Forced by a lack of ice to cancel its first game scheduled yesterday with Middlesex School, the Jayvee hockey team will open its season tomorrow night against Framingham High in the Boston Skating Club.

Many of the Jayvee skaters saw action with the Varsity in the Tufts game last Saturday and just who will play where in tomorrow's contest is still uncertain since Varsity coach John Chase and JV coach "Skeets" Canterbury have been freely interchanging the A and B team lineups during the past few days. Hockey squads are further handicapped this year by a new ruling which permits only three lines to be dressed for any one game.

Last year the Freshman puck shooters scored a 6 to 1 victory over the Framingham team. Some of those players will see action against Framingham tomorrow on the Jayvee squad.
