Varsity Travels Tomorrow' Waldstein in Left Field

Lou Clay, senior member of the Crimson pitching trust, will shoulder the mound burden for the Varsity tomorrow afternoon at Worcester when the ball team plays the first of a home-and-home series with Holy Cross.

Coach Floyd Stahl has made no shifts in the Varsity lineup and returned Mort Waldstein to left field, from whence his pitching duties called him Wednesday. One bad break is the ankle injury received by number-two catcher Paul Delshoyde when he was sliding during yesterday's practice workout.

Holy Cross will muster practically the identical squad which beat the Crimson 7-1 in their only meeting last year. Then they massed a dozen hits off two Harvard hurlers, including starter Waldstein. On the mound for the powerhouse Purple tomorrow will be Senior Ernie Ford, lanky left-handed fireballer.
