Champion Eliot Puts Seven On House All-Star Eleven
Second-Place Adams Lands Three Berths
The Eliot steamroller which dominated the intramural loop this season placed seven men on the All-House football team announced by Adolph W. Samborski '25 yesterday. Notable for the absence of Eliot's passer Herbie Eckenroth, who was master of the intramural airways before the Varsity squad grabbed him, the team bears eloquent testimony to the omnipotence of the sailor powerhouse.
Three Gold Coasters and a lone Puritan complete the stellar eleven, and the Adams trio again provides a clue to their spot the final standing. The under-manned but never out-fought Gold Coast crew took on all comers successfully, except for the invincible Elephants.
Behind this pace-setting pair in the final standings were Kirkland and Winthrop's scrappy Puritans, while the Dudley commuters and Lowell's Bellboys approached the height of futility by going winless and stumbling to a 0 to 0 tie when they played each other.
