Bouncing back from three straight defeats, two at the hands of Exeter and one from Andover, Coach Douropulos' tennis squad finally picked up its first win Saturday at Worcester, when it downed a W.P.I. team 5 to 1.
Harold Hunter, Murray Levin, Fred Holton, and Tom Frothingham all won their singles matches to put the Crimson into the lead. After Levin and Hunter copped the first doubles, the second was called, so that the visitors could catch a train, with Frothingham and Holton winning and losing one set.
Following Saturday's encounter, the racquetmen will be idle until next Saturday when Brown plays here.
