"I am disappointed with the studen body's apathy," said Edric A. Wold '46, chairman of the Constitutional Committee of the Student Council, in announcing yesterday that only five students from Dudley House, ten from Adams, two from Winthrop, and seven from Dunster had attended the forums held on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.

Weld asserted that the Committee wants the students "to think over our proposal for a Constitution which will help coordinate club and sport activities and will study and investigate problems around the University.

Before the Christmas holidays the Committee plans to turn over the completed Constitution to the Student Council which will handle the student voting for its ratification.
