Varsity Field Problem . . .

Varsity forward IIANS ESTIN (19) takes a swipe at the ball in Tuesday's game against Amherst. The action shown here led to one of the Crimson's three goals. Estin bounced the ball off the opposing Amherst fullback. It caromed over to hit the Amherst man at the extreme left on the head and skidded into the nets.

Other players visible are FRANNY CHEN, to the right of Estin, CHARLIE WEISS to the left rear of Estin, and JON SPIVAK in the left background.

Weiss and Captain Phil Potter made the other scores in Tuesday's 3-0 win. Things are expected to be a bit tougher this Friday, when the booters travel, to West Point to face a traditionally rough Cadet team.
