Dunster Men Get Instruction Gratis

Esprit de House received a boost from the Dunster House Extra-Curricular Affairs Committee last week in the form of free courses in the liberal arts of rhumba, chess, bridge, and squash.

With similar instruction in 'other legal activities' in the offing, the newly-formed committee's first official release said, "the purpose of the groups, in a general way, will be to foster House spirit by providing facilities heretofore lacking or inadequate in the College."

Tentative committees to teach Dunster House members the four sports have already been set up, the committee announced, with the specific purpose "to lay the foundations for extracurricular clubs on the House level." The three man committee of William Gold '49, William E. Jackson '47, and William E. McCoy '49 is already seeking suggestions for other courses.
