Holy Cross' football squad, in better physical shape than at any time since its opener, sharpened its attacking weapons today in preparation for Saturday's meeting with Harvard.
The Crusaders, beaten in each of their five previous starts, are planning to toss some fancy stuff at Harvard, including a strong overhead attack. Dr. Bill Osmanski had his first two team working on these maneuvers in a lengthy dummy drill.
Bill Dechard, who has been starring on defense all year, was moved up to secondstring attacking quarterback behind Franck Matrango yesterday. Teaming with Matrango were John Sullivan, Mell Massucco and Bob Doyle and with Dechard, Angelo Maglio, Bobby Farrell and Kack Reader.
