Nagy Will Lecture on Soviet Policy Tonight

Ivan G. Nagy, former first secretary of the Hungarian Embassy in Washington, will deliver his only lecture of the year in Emerson D at 8 p.m. tonight on the topic: "Soviet Foreign Policy Behind the Iron Curtain."

Speaking for the UN Council, he will analyze Russia's pressures on satellite countries, with special reference to Cardinal Mindszenty.
