Tiger Head Sorry For Student Gag

Princeton's president, Harold W. Dodds, apologized this week for the air bombing of West Point by four flying Tigers who showered 20,000 invitations to an "Indian massacre" on the Cadets.

In a letter last Wednesday to Major General Bryant E. Moore, superintendent of the Military Academy, Dodds said that he was embarrassed to learn of the student prank and added that those responsible would be appropriately disciplined.

The original target of the Princeton students was Dartmouth College, the Tiger's football opponent in Palmer Stadium Saturday. But bad weather halted the trip at Pittsfield, Massachusetts.
