The Student Council will discuss plans for student body ratification of the new constitution at its meeting tonight.

President Henry M. Silveira, Jr. '51 expects that a vote will be taken to mimeograph the new constitution and place it on dining hall bulletin boards by tomorrow. Two weeks after the revisions have been posted the student body will vote on the changes, as provided by the old constitution. Two-third of those voting must approve.

Two major changes have been proposed in the new constitution. Members will have a February to February term instead of September to June. The Council will also have power to appoint six instead of three members.
