Freshman football players may have their own training table next year, the Union Committee revealed last night.
Daniel L. Ritchie '54, chairman of the Union Committee, said the H.A.A. is considering the action as a result of a Union Committee letter sent November 21. to Athletic Director William J. Bingham '16, which protested the "demoralizing" conditions of '54 football, and cited a lack of team spirit.
Ritchie added that he talked to Bingham and that it is likely that all of his groups' requests, except for lights, which are too expensive, will be granted. These requests include free admission for Yardlings to freshman football games and better scheduling.
