Trimble Scores Only Points in IC4A Meet

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Nine Crimson trackmen went to New York for the IC4A meet at Madison Square Garden. One of them, shot putter Don Trimble, qualified as Harvard finished 18th with two points.

Trimble finished fourth in the event, behind Jim Fuchs and Vic Frank of Yale, and Stan Lampert of NYU. Captain Geoff Tootell, nursing a sore foot, didn't place in the afternoon competition.

Dave Carter, Charlie Durakis, and Dick Rubin failed to place in the trials.
