Grad Council Will Try To Raise $500 for D.P.

The Graduate Student Council will open a drive today to collect $500 from GSAS students for a Displaced Person's scholarship. Eight hundred dollars has already been offered by the Grad School toward the student's first-year expenses.

Parfony Saworotnow, a Yugoslav math student now living in California, was chosen for admission from a list of eight D.P.'s submitted by the Council. He will start his studies here next year.
