University laborers will vote today on whether or not to break from the Employee's Representative Association and form a separate, independent union.
The newly formed group received permission to had an election from the State Labor Relations Board last week. They had petitioned for the split after last February's H.U.E.R.A. officer elections, which they claimed were shadily conducted.
Some representatives of the laborers feel that fellow workers will vote unanimously for breaking from the H.U.E.R.A., as the petition for a vote was signed 100 percent.
