A pre-vote statement refuting portions of a letter published in yesterday's CRIMSON was distributed to Annex students by the Radcliffe News last night.

According to the News' mimeographed statement, a letter signed by Ruth Joseph '54 "asserting that the News could exist on its 'very substantial bank account' for a 'long period' is completely false."
