'Cliffe Will Present Thurber's Fantasy

James Thurber has granted the Radcliffe Dance Group and Children's Theater permission to present a dance version of his story. "The Thirteen Clocks," without them paying him any royalties.

The joint production will receive additional support from the 'Cliffe Student Government Association. The SGA has donated $25 to the Dance Group and loaned $50 to the combined group. This is the first financial aid either organization has ever received from the SGA.

Although the Children's Theater is affiliated with the Harvard Dramatic Club, the Thurber adaptation, to be given sometime in March, will be done without the HDC's help.

The adaptation of Thurber's fairy tale will be done by Lucy Barri '55, Sarah D. Pietsch '57, and Wendy Robertson '55, and will contain both pantomime and narration.
