Blood Campaign Nets 400 Pints

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Phillips Brooks House began its annual spring blood drive yesterday with a total of 400 pints pledged. The goal for this term's collection is 2,200 pints.

A committee of over 100 solicitors began collecting pledges yesterday and will continues through Friday. Donations will be taken during the week, April 26 through 30.

Results of Colleges blood campaigns throughout the country have averaged considerably below expectations since the cessation of hostilities in Kores, Jasper M. Evarts '56, chairman of the drive here, yesterday said that the drop is unwarranted since all blood collected from the College is used on the home-front in combating infantile paralysis and other diseases.
