Eleven Runs T-Plays In Bucknell Practice

Good blocking sprung wingback Dexter Lewis loose on two consecutive plays yesterday afternoon, as he ran for "touchdowns" in his first intensive practice of the season.

But despite his good showing in practice yesterday, Lewis would probably "see no more action next Saturday than he did against Dartmouth," according to Coach Lloyd Jordan. Lewis was used only sparingly last week.

Yesterday's session pitted the freshmen, running Bucknell-type T plays, against the first and second varsity units. Then the varsity switched to offense using alternating backfields.

The starting line-up for Saturday's game will remain unchanged from last week, except for Jan Meyer, who suffered a pulled muscle against Dartmouth. He will be replaced by sophomore Marv Lebovitz. Ted Metropoules, inactive for the past two weeks, scrimmaged yesterday, and "possibly" will start, Jordan said.
