Asia to Be Subject Of Meetings Tonight

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Asia will be the subject of two programs tonight, when a Ford Foundation film on village development in India is shown in New Lecture Hall and John Carter Vincent, former Ambassador to China, speaks in Kirkland House Junior Common Room. Both events begin at 7:30.

The film "Friends of the Village," is co-sponsored by the International Development Society and the Harvard-Delhi Student Project. Under the Delhi Project, students at Harvard and at Delhi University, India, are helping to finance a program of village improvement by the Indian students. Arno Mayer, professor at Brandeis, will answer questions after the film.

Vincent will speak on "United States Policy on China--Past and Present."
