All Houses will participate in four qualifying rounds in the afternoon to select the finalist teams. The two winners will debate in the Forum Room at 8:30 p.m. Frederick C. Packard, associate professor of Speech, will head a panel of judges.
The debate topic will be, "Resolved: That the segregation decision of the Supreme Court must be implemented by increased sanctions of the Federal Government."
