The Harvard freshman baseball team swept a doubleheader from Tufts Saturday, 8-3, 6-3.
Crimson pitcher Mike Cantor allowed only one earned run in the opener to record the victory. Two four-run rallies in the fifth and sixth innings provided the winning margin. Corbett Sanders had two hits and accounted for the winning RBI.
In the nightcap, Jamie Werely was the winning pitcher. The Yardlings were losing 3-2 going into the sixth inning, but a four-run uprising in the bottom of that inning clinched the win.
Jay Shanahan went two for three including a triple in the big sixth, and David Miller, also two for three, drove in the winning run.
