A 55-yard pass play from quarterback Dave McPhelan to Harry Shelnut topped a Dudley touchdown drive yesterday that beat Leverett 7 to 0. The win moved Dudley into a fourth place tie with Adams in the House football league.
Meanwhile, House soccer standings remained virtually unchanged as the three top teams in the league all defeated their opponents. Once-beaten Eliot took a 7-0 default from Dudley, while second place Dunster shaded Winthrop 1 to 0. In other games, Adams held third place by downing Lowell 3 to 0 and Kirkland tripped Leverett by the same score.
