The Radcliffe Student Government Association swung into its first full meeting of the year yesterday in its new headquarters in Comstock Hall. Heading the meeting was recently-elected president, Nancy L. Proger '59.

Election of a new vice-president topped the agenda. Jean M. Tyback '60 won the post. Miss Tyback is also secretary-treasurer of the Radcliffe Young Republicans Club, and a member of the Radcliffe Shield. Soma S. Golden '61 was elected publicity chairman.

Anita C. Rolnick '59, chairman of the Grant-in-Aid Fund, reminded the meeting of the approaching Grant-in-Aid auction scheduled for next Monday, from 2 to 6 p.m. on the Radcliffe Quad. She urged all students and other members of the community to donate any unwanted possessions, and noted that Wilbur M. Frohock, profesor of Romance Languages and Literatures, had already given the auction his daughter's bicycle.

The SGA also voted to hold the Fund Drive during the first week of December, and to give to the same organizations as last year.

Drumbeats and Song, the annual Radcliffe musical for the benefit of the Grant-in-Aid fund, was voted a loan of $1,600 to be paid back after the March production in Sanders Theater. Miss Rolnick noted that well over twice as much money as last year will be allotted to publicity for the show.

Subsequent SGA meetings will be held Tuesdays at 4:45 p.m. in Comstock basement, and are open to all Radcliffe students.
