BOMBOKO TO GIVE TALK ABOUT CRISIS IN CONGO

Justin Bomboko, foreign minister of the Republic of the Congo, will discuss "The Congolese Crisis" tonight at 8 p.m. in the Quincy House Junior Common Room. Speaking in the United Nations General Assembly last week. Bomboko denounced the treaty between the U.N. and Katanga.
