Squash Victory Set In Dartmouth Match

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The Crimson squash team should have no trouble repeating last year's 9-0 romp over Dartmouth when it ventures to Hanover this weekend.

The Harvard squad, the best in years, has compiled a 4-0 record this year, winning the last three by 9-0 shutouts. It will be led this weekend by Vic Niederhoffer, its captain and the third-ranked amateur in the country.

Niederhoffer has just returned from playing in the United States Open Squash Tournament in Buffalo, where he was the only amateur to reach the semifinals of the competition.

The match will be the first played by Harvard with a new kind of ball which has just been made official. This new ball is not as bouncy as the old one, but the change won't fase the Crimson. Another 9-0 victory may be in order.
