'Cliffies Meet Tonight On Sophomore Rules

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

A meeting will be held in each of the Radcliffe Houses this evening to discuss the proposed sophomore rules change. A college-wide referendum will be conducted Wednesday through Friday to determine whether unlimited hours will be extended to sophomores.

The meetings tonight, scheduled for South House (compulsory) at 6:45 p.m. in Briggs, for East House at 7 p.m. in Cabot, and for North House at 8 p.m. in Comstock and another at 10 p.m. in Holmes, will be discussions led by RGA representatives, dormitory officers, or House Committee members. Some deans and House Masters are planning to attend.

The three-day referendum is being conducted because of three petitions requesting a college-wide vote on sophomore rules after the RGA legislature voted 24-20 against extending junior-senior sign-out privileges to sophomores. Over 110 students signed the petitions.
