The Harvard Debate Council has elected its officers for the coming year: president, Bryant L. Welch '68, of Kirkland House and Dayton, Ohio; vice-president, Ira G. Greenberg '68 of Dunster House and Miami, Fla.; treasurer, Steven Goldberg '69 of Leverett House and Silver Springs, Md.
