The Harvard affirmative debate team captured the national collegiate debating title yesterday by defeating Augustana University's negative team by a 3-2 decision. Charles Gavin '74 and Greg Rosenbaum '74 took the honors in the final round of debate at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs.
