The committee of Radcliffe Centennial Scholars will sponsor a panel discussion on Radcliffe history Sunday evening, as the first major event of the centennial celebration. The program will include a dinner for students and alumnae of the college.
The panel discussion will be led by four alumnae including President Emerita Mary Bunting. The committee hopes to have 120 students and 30 alumnae attend the combination dinner and discussion in the Cronkhite Graduate Center.
Robin Avery '80, a member of the committee, said yesterday, "We hope to acquaint students of the college with Radcliffe tradition through personal contact with those who shaped it."
"Our goal is to engender Radcliffe spirit by providing students with an education about the college's history and provoking interest in its future," Stephanie Bell '79 another committee member, said.
