To the Editors of The Crimson:

If the Kremlin disarms unilaterally and we take over, Russia will become another West Germany and Japan with an abundance of consumer goods. If the Pentagon disarms unilaterally and they take over, the United States will become another Soviet Republic with free health and education services. Either course will end the demonic rush to thermonuclear extermination and result in a better life for all. Henry Ratliff
