The following events were reported in the Cambridge Police Department blotter in the last week.

Oct. 15

A Mt. Auburn Street resident reported that between 9 a.m. on Oct. 13 and 9 a.m. on Oct. 15 an unknown person left a threatening note on lumber that he had bought to build a religious structure.

Oct. 17

At 10:30 p.m. a guest from Mexico staying at the Charles Hotel reported that while staying at the hotel unknown persons entered his room without force and removed a laptop computer, phone, Sony Discman, and headphones.

Oct. 19

A Somerville resident reported that at 3:15 p.m. on Oct. 18 she was followed in her car to Cambridge. In Cambridge a beer bottle was thrown at her and the person shouted, "I have your plate number."

Oct. 20

Two South Boston residents were arrested at 3 p.m. at the Harvard Coop after being observed trying to exit the store with three cordless phones stuffed in their dufflebag.

Oct. 21

An employee at 124 Mt. Auburn St. reported that at 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 20 a former employee took a stack of airline tickets as she was leaving.
