Dunster House Master Karel F. Liem (lower left) bid farewell to senior tutor Henriette L. Power, who announced her resignation this week. Power told Dunster students in a letter this week that she would leave the house at the end of the semester. In an interview, she cited her family as a reason for the move.

A new federal direct loan program designed in part by Elizabeth M. Hicks, assistant dean of admission and financial aid for federal and special programs (above left), will be used by members of Harvard's Class of 1998.

The Radcliffe Union of Students considered a proposal to admit men to the Radcliffe student governing body as full voting members. Several students (middle) advocated the change at a meeting of the union on Thursday night.

And at the Kennedy School of Government's ARCO Forum, about 150 students, faculty and administrators attended a rally Tuesday (right) calling for increased faculty and student diversity. The school, protestors, charged does not meet U.S. Department of Labor recommended levels for diversity.
