Senior Emma Markley, shown here in previous action, scored 16 points to go along with her four blocks and four steals. Her defense was the difference maker last night against Dartmouth, forcing turnovers and causing the Big Green to panic at times. The Crimson won by a large margin, 82-49.
Clark Kent
Harvard freshman Christine Clark, shown here in earlier action against UNH, was one of five players in double digits against Boston College. The Crimson lost the matchup, 80-78.
Berry Good
Harvard junior point guard Brogan Berry, shown above in earlier action, scored 15 points in a losing effort against Dayton last night. The Flyers won the game, 100-81.
Sacred Heart Holds Off Harvard Hoopsters
The Harvard women’s basketball team dropped its contest against Sacred Heart yesterday afternoon, 69-60.
Finals Are Over, But Some Teams Still Have Tests
But for a few Crimson teams, athletes have to stick around for games in the final 10 days of the year. Men’s and women’s basketball and wrestling all have contests before the start of 2011.

Berry Named Ivy Player of the Week, Clark Makes Honor Roll
According to an Ivy League press release this morning, two members of the Crimson backcourt—junior Brogan Berry and freshman Christine Clark—garnered weekly all-conference recognition for their respective roles in this past week’s contests.

Junior Brogan Berry earned her second Ivy Player of the Week nod of the season after an outstanding week against Florida and UNH.

After suffering a tough loss to Florida on Tuesday, sophomore Jasmine Evans and the Harvard women's basketball team bounced back by defeating the University of New Hampshire by more than 30 points.
A Look Ahead
With reading period having come and gone, the majority of the Harvard community has a week and a half of finals to endure before settling in for a relaxing month of J-Term. But for the population of student-athletes that find themselves on the Crimson sports teams that compete during the winter season, the end of finals period signals the start of practice schedules even more rigorous than the ones they already have, as the second half of the winter season kicks off in earnest.
Women's Basketball Tops UNH by 33 Points
For the Harvard women’s basketball team, a rebound was exactly what it got, as the Crimson dismantled UNH, 96-63.
