An Evening of Bernstein--Radcliffe Grant-in-Aid's spring production features a musical revue of greatest hits by Leonard Bernstein, plus an opera in one act. "Trouble in Tahiti". Also running Friday and Saturday. Agassiz Theater, 8 pm.

Haverford-Bryn Mawr Chamber Singers perform the medley that made them famous. Busch-Reisinger Museum, noon.

Opera theater at New England Conservatory presents Turn of the Screw, based on the novelette by Henry James. Accompanied by the NEC opera orchestra. Also running Friday through Sunday. Jordan Hall, Boston, 8:30 pm.


The Bolton Hill String Quartet performs selections from Bach's Art of the Fugue, along with chamber music of Schubert, Beethoven and Brahms. Kirkland JCR, 8:30 pm.

Lucienne Davidson, pianist, plays Haydn, Berger, Schumann and Debussy Etudes. Longy School of Music, 8:00.

Peter McEntee sings Mozart arias and songs of the Italian Baroque Leverett JCR, 8 pm.

The University Choir, under the direction of John Ferris, presents Bruckner's Mass in e as part of Cambridge Concert Series. First Congregational Church at 11 Garden Street, 8 pm. Repeat performance on Saturday.


The Bach Society Orchestra conducted by Kip Wilkins '78 features Richard Kogan '77 playing Beethoven's "Emperor" Concerto. Concert also includes Mozart's Overture to the Marriage of Figaro and Bartok's Divertimento for Strings. Pre-concert prelude (8 pm) will consist of music for two brass choirs by Gabrieli. David Meyers '77 performs Joplin rags and Grieg sonata on the piano. Dunster Library, 5:30 pm.
