Since shucked oysters with vinaigrette and capers rarely appear on the HUDS menu, students need to get creative in order to get lucky. FM is here to help with 15 dining hall aphrodisiacs that, either ingested or applied to the body, will help warm up even your coldest of Valentine’s Days.

.) Bananas—as if their shape wasn’t ap-peel-ing enough.

.) Tomatoes—you say “tomato,” I say “that’s the spot.”

.) Black beans—sure to keep you up all night

.) Avocados—just because they’re frozen doesn’t mean they can’t warm you up.

.) Rocket lettuce (arugula)—warning: may just launch you into another galaxy.

.) Asparagus—the smelly pee is worth it… trust me.

.) Broccoli Rabe or other mustard greens—now you have a reason to eat that sautéed kale with garlic.

.) Carrots—do it like bunnies.

.) Mustard—you can lather mustard on just about anything. Mustard on a cinnamon raisin bagel? Try it.

.) Coffee—an all-around stimulant.

.) Ginseng green tea—yes, master.

.) Honey—see what all the buzz is about.

.) Chocolate—fro-yo, pudding, rocky road brownies… choose your weapon.

.) Celery—eating it burns more calories than it consumes. Celery also contains a stimulating male hormone. Stay trim… it’s crunch time.

.) Alcohol—a last, but not least resort. Bring a flask, the mixers are on HUDS.
