Rachel Lloyd, founder of Girls Educational and Mentoring Services, explains the specifics of “safe harbor” laws and their importance for anti sex-trafficking work to moderator Richard Quest at the broadcast taping of “Fight for Freedom: Confronting Modern Day Slavery” Wednesday night.
