Nominate a Faculty Member, Teaching Fellow, or Adviser

•

If you're looking for a way to give back to the individuals who have shaped your Harvard experience or simply for a way to score a good meal, there's a form that allows you to do just that.

The Undergraduate Council is now accepting nominations for the annual Joseph R. Levenson Memorial Teaching Prizes—which honor one senior faculty member, one junior faculty member, and one teaching fellow—and the John R. Marquand Award for Exceptional Advising and Counseling of Harvard Students, given each year to an outstanding faculty or non-faculty advisor, according to the UC website.

Submit your nomination by 11:59 p.m. tomorrow, April 11, to receive an invitation to a dinner banquet where the award winners will be announced.

The form is not easy to complete, however, and you'll be asked to write about why your nominee should receive a teaching or advising prize and include an anecdote about your nominee that best portrays his or her qualifications.

So choose someone you care about and kill two birds with one stone—do a good deed and get a delicious meal while you're at it.
