National Security Simulation
Harvard Kennedy School students and faculty participate in a national security crisis simulation Saturday in the Belfer Center. Each participant played the role of a Cabinet member or adviser as the group worked together to resolve a modern day crisis with Iran over possible nuclear test sites.

"Page to Screen"
From left to right, authors Nick Flynn (Another Bullshit Night in Suck City), Daniel Handler (A Series of Unfortunate Events), Buzz Bissinger (Friday Night Lights), Rachel Cohn (Nick & Norah's Infinite Playlist), and Andrew Dubus III (The House of Sand and Fog) discussed the process involved in turning their books into movies on Friday night at the Old South Church in Boston. The panel, "Page to Screen,"was moderated by Wesley Morris (far right), and was part of the Boston Book Festival's series of lectures over the weekend. After the panel discussion and questions from the audience, all five authors gathered for a signing of their books.

Stockpiling for the Storm
The shelves of CVS were emptied of water and non-perishables Sunday night as students and area residents prepared for the arrival of Hurricane Sandy, which led to the cancellation of Monday classes.

Quincy Furniture
As part of the House Renewal project, a furniture exhibition was held in the Student Organization Center at Hilles to allow students to weigh in on new furniture options.

Republicans for Gay Rights
Christian Berle, campaign manager to Richard R. Tisei of Massachusetts, speaks about Tisei's sexuality and how it effects his candidacy in the Republican party. Tisei is running for the US House of Representatives in the 2012 election.
