Basketball's Kenyatta Smith Out for Season
Junior Kenyatta Smith, a center on the Harvard men’s basketball team, re-injured his foot earlier this week, Smith told The Crimson early Friday morning. According to a source close to the team, he will be out for the remainder of the season. Smith played an instrumental role in the team’s run to the third round of the NCAA Tournament last March.

Webster, Rivard Selected New Basketball Captains
Following the reported withdrawals of co-captains Kyle Casey ’13 and Brandyn Curry ’13 from the College due to their alleged involvement in the recent cheating scandal surrounding a government course, senior Christian Webster ’13 and junior Laurent Rivard ’14 were recently chosen to replace them as the squad’s co-captains for the upcoming season in a team-wide vote.
