Undecided Voters, Take Note! Dershowitz Opines

For all you undecided voters out there (do you even exist?): the time is now to make up your minds. In the words of a woman who has seen her own political stock plummet in recent weeks, Speak Now or forever hold your peace. (Disregard the fact that T. Swift won't take her own advice, publicly at least.) While we at Flyby would like to kindly suggest that you decide on who you'll support here and now, once and for all, there is not much more information about any of the candidates we give you that they (or The Crimson) haven't already given (see the post below this one). One more thing you might want to take into consideration, however—and we really think this could swing the vote—is Felix Frankfurter Professor of Law Alan M. Dershowitz's recent endorsement.

The Springfield Republican Endorses Elizabeth Warren

With Election Day just a week away, the Springfield Republican just became the last of Massachusetts's major dailies to weigh in on the state's U.S. Senate race. The paper, which serves much of central and western Massachusetts, joined the Boston Globe and The Harvard Crimson in endorsing Harvard Law School professor Elizabeth Warren.

Vote Today in The Crimson's Presidential Poll!

The Crimson has taken presidential election polls since at least 1884, when James Blaine beat out Grover Cleveland by just 20 votes among Harvard men. Harvard picked Alfred Landon and Wendell Wilkie over FDR in the 1936 and 1940 polls. At Harvard, Dewey really did defeat Truman, by a margin of more than 2:1. Now it's your turn to be a part of history.

Talk About 'Your First Time'

Three days ago, the Obama campaign released a video titled "Your First Time"—your first time voting, of course. You've probably already seen it. The video elicited many different reactions, some of which are cropping up at Harvard as well.
