Mealworm Found in Winthrop House Dining Hall

First snails, now mealworms. This Flyby correspondent found a dark, grub-like bug most closely identified as a mealworm in Winthrop Dining Hall; this little guy was being served Saturday evening alongside the yellow squash, perhaps as added protein. Most mothers teach that a colorful plate is a healthy plate, but it looks like last night's batch of squash was a bit too much for even the most adventurous of diners to handle. We've reached out to HUDS for comment and will let you know if we receive an explanation regarding the surprising visitor.
