Phillips Andover Academy defeated Phillips Exeter on Saturday at Exeter, by a score of 28 to 0. Exeter's defense was weak, the line, with the exception of the ends, playing much too high. The only time that Exeter came near scoring was when the first half closed with the ball in Exeter's possession on her opponent's 1-yard line. The Andover backs gained almost at will, and the whole team helped the man with the ball effectively. Hobbs. Andover's captain and left tackle, played a brilliant game, making long gains on tackle back formations.
