Nayar Triumphs In Squash Finals

Anil Nayar '69, who last year became the second player in history to win a third Intercollegiate Squash Championship. earned another honor last weekend in Philadelphia when he won the national championship for the second straight year.

Nayar rallied after losing the first two games of the final match. 11-15. 8-15. to Sam Howe, who was champion two years ago and runner-up last year. He outscored Howe, 15-9, 15-6, 15-11, to clinch the win, getting the final point on a three-walled shot that died for a nick.

Salaun Returns

Henri Salaun of Boston was the last player to win this title two years in a row. Last weekend, he won a fourth consecutive veteran's championship.

The team champion was Ontario. the team favored to win and the team which defeated Harvard Sunday. Ontario downed New York, 3-2, in the finals.
