A

pproximately 180,000 people gathered in Boston Common on Saturday afternoon for a “No Kings” protest, rallying against the Trump Administration.

In the third wave of ‘No Kings’ protests, the crowd at Boston Common was one of thousands gathering across the globe.

The event, lasting several hours, included speeches from activists and elected officials, as well as musical performances, collective artwork, and merchandise sales in the surrounding areas.

Protesters, some wearing costumes, held signs expressing their opposition to Trump’s policies and Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Opposition to the war in Iran was also a prominent theme across the protest.

An art installation of empty pairs of children’s shoes and military boots symbolized the deaths of children and American soldiers in the war in Iran.

Protesters waved flags and signs against the backdrop of the Boston skyline.

Dozens of tents for progressive organizations were set up across Boston Common, including one for the Democratic Socialists of America.
