Koss Alexander is amusing; he and various other Naval Academy cadets exhibit fellowship, loyalty, and navy spirit at all times. the effect of the picture is in general to reassure timid souls that the U. S. navy watches over them night and day and that the world is still safe for love and sentiment. Nevertheless, Ms. Bel Scott's brief appearance on the stage is ample compensation even for "Shipmates Forever."
